Where do we meet our driver? For border pick up your driver will be waiting for you right outside the San Ysidro border on the Mexican side, once you book your services we’ll send you a guide with all the instructions and google maps links including specific directions. If you are not departing from the border our driver will meet you at your preferred location on the Mexican side.

What does one way means? One way means that you are not doing extra stops during your trip for example: If you need pick up at the border and drop off at your hotel without including extra stops. This service only includes the transit from the pick up location to the drop off location.

Are the prices per person? No, the prices are per vehicle.

Can i bring alcoholic drinks and snacks? Yes as long as you don’t carry glass bottles

Is there a number of wineries we are allowed to go to during the time of our transportation services? You go at your own pace and leisure. However, we estimate, at least 1 hour and a half at each winery plus 30 minutes commute between each winery. Expect 2 hours per winery.

How does the fast pass works?

The fast pass for crossing from the Tijuana border to San Diego offers a convenient and expedited experience. Here's how it works:

Book Transportation: When you book transportation services with us, we provide a fast pass specifically for crossing from the Tijuana border to San Diego with your driver.

Dedicated Lane: With the fast pass, you gain access to a dedicated lane at the border, designed to reduce waiting times.

Quick Crossing: Enjoy a faster and smoother passage through the border checkpoint, minimizing delays. Average time to cross through the fast pass lane 30 - 45 min average time to cross through the Ready Lane or All traffic 2hrs +

Documents: You wont need to provide any ID when crossing through the fast pass lane but you will have to present your ID when crossing through US customs.

Note: Availability and details of the fast pass may vary, at least we need 24hrs to request the fast pass access, please note that the fast pass lane opens from 7:00am to 9:00pm if your return is after 9:00pm we won’t be able to provide you with the fast pass lane because the lane will be closed, we’ll have to cross through the regular lane after 9:00pm.

How does the international border crossing works?

On the way back, we'll be able to provide you for an additional cost of $100 USD a fast pass option that will take you to the Ready Lane without having to wait in the regular traffic. This fast pass is valid from 7:00am until 9:00pm and usually takes 15 to 30 minutes to cross the border. However, if the trip extends and we need to cross the border after 9:00pm, we'll have to go through the regular lane, which can take around 2 hours on average.

When crossing the border back to San Diego, you'll go through US Customs by car with your passport or identification handy. Again, there might be random inspections, so be prepared to leave the vehicle if necessary.

Change of plans Policies from January 2023 through December 2024

We require a 10-day change of plans notice before your reservation date. We will gladly offer a credit for a future date within the same year of purchase. If you do not show up for your reservation, or do not reschedule 10 days before, we will not be able to refund or reschedule your experience and your payment will be lost.

Change of plans when booking promotions

If you make changes to your plans after booking your service with a promotion code, we won’t be able to process a refund. But, if you let us know at least 10 days before your service, we can give you a one-year credit starting from the day you made your original booking.

Changes due to Unforeseen Events

In the event that we are forced to alter or cancel your trip significantly, we will let you know as soon as possible. Under these circumstances, you can choose one of the following options:

Accommodate to a similar trip or receive a refund of the amount paid

If you accept a similar trip and if the cost is lower than the original price you paid, you will receive a refund for the difference in value; if the new trip is equivalent in price or higher you will not owe anything.

Traveler Advisory

The State of California allows for California residents returning from Baja California to bring back up to one (1) Liter of Alcohol; as a bottle of wine is generally 750ml, please expect to bring back no more than one (1) bottle of wine.
