Facing the canyon, this architectural marvel perfectly combines the beauty of nature with the ingenuity of design. Built with a philosophy of Bio Construction by the skilled architect, Max Yi, this casita is a testament to the "Build with what you have" approach. From the straw bale walls to the green roof, every element is carefully chosen to complement the area. The interior design, crafted by Seth and Alexis Sullivan, is equally remarkable. We offer a charcuterie and cheese feast with a selection of local products of the region fresh bake bread home made marmalades and a variety of cheeses from different parts of Mexico. If requested we can make a vegan board, just let us know your dietary restrictions below.

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make sure you have a hassle-free experience. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booked experience, please email us at concierge@wineeatandtravel.com at least 10 days before your scheduled date to receive a full refund.
If you need to cancel within 10 days of your experience, we won't be able to process any refunds. However, you will be eligible for a credit for a future date as long as the request is made 48 hours prior to your arrival. If the request is not made within 48 hours, unfortunately, your payment will be forfeited.
