When departing from San Diego you can’t bring any alcoholic drinks or snacks but once we cross the Mexican border your driver will be able to make a stop for drinks and snacks.

Our prices includes pick up around downtown San Diego or below downtown Sand Diego area. If you require pick up in a different are let us know in the included form below to quote you the requested pick up location

You can go at your own pace and leisure. However, we estimate, at least 1 hour and a half at each winery plus 30 minutes commute between each winery. Expect 2 hours per winery.

The fast pass for crossing from the Tijuana border to San Diego offers a convenient and expedited experience. Here's how it works:

Book Transportation: When you book transportation services with us, we provide a fast pass specifically for crossing from the Tijuana border to San Diego with your driver.

Dedicated Lane: With the fast pass, you gain access to a dedicated lane at the border, designed to reduce waiting times.

Quick Crossing: Enjoy a faster and smoother passage through the border checkpoint, minimizing delays. Average time to cross through the fast pass lane 30 - 45 min average time to cross through the Ready Lane or All traffic 2hrs +

Documents: You wont need to provide any ID when crossing through the fast pass lane but you will have to present your ID when crossing through US customs.

Note: Availability and details of the fast pass may vary, at least we need 24hrs to request the fast pass access, please note that the fast pass lane opens from 7:00am to 9:00pm if your return is after 9:00pm we won’t be able to provide you with the fast pass lane because the lane will be closed, we’ll have to cross through the regular lane after 9:00pm.

Border Crossing SD - MX Crossing the border from San Diego to Tijuana usually takes around 15 minutes. You'll go through Mexican Customs with your driver by car, so make sure to have your documents and valid passport ready just in case they need to inspect the car randomly if you pass by inspection they might ask you to fill out the FMM form (5 - 10 minutes)

It's important to note that all U.S. citizens must present a valid passport when crossing the border to and from Tijuana. Visitors from Canada, the United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, and any country that is a member of the Schengen Area or the Pacific Alliance do not need entry visas, as long as they do not plan to stay longer than 180 days.

Regardless of the length of your stay, visitors must fill out the free Forma Migratoria Múltiple (FMM) form at the point of entry from the Mexican border authorities. If you plan to stay in Mexico for more than seven days, you will need to purchase the 180-day FMM permit for approximately $30.

Border Crossing MX - SD On the way back, we'll provide you with a fast pass option that will take you to the Ready Lane without having to wait in the regular traffic. This fast pass is valid until 9:00pm and usually takes 15 to 30 minutes to cross the border. However, if the trip extends and we need to cross the border after 9:00pm, we'll have to go through the regular lane, which can take around 2 hours on average.

When crossing the border back to San Diego, you'll go through US Customs by car with your passport or identification handy. Again, there might be random inspections, so be prepared to leave the vehicle if necessary.

Change of plans Policies from January 2023 through December 2024

We require a 10-day change of plans notice before your reservation date. We will gladly offer a credit for a future date within the same year of purchase. If you do not show up for your reservation, or do not reschedule 10 days before, we will not be able to reschedule your experience and your payment will be lost.

Changes due to Unforeseen Events 

In the event that we are forced to alter or cancel your trip significantly, we will let you know as soon as possible. Under these circumstances, you can choose one of the following options:

Accommodate to a similar trip or receive a refund of the amount paid

If you accept a similar trip and if the cost is lower than the original price you paid, you will receive a refund for the difference in value; if the new trip is equivalent in price or higher you will not owe anything.

Traveler Advisory

 The State of California allows for California residents returning from Baja California to bring back up to one (1) Liter of Alcohol; as a bottle of wine is generally 750ml, please expect to bring back no more than one (1) bottle of wine.
