Personalized Travel Planning

With over 100 different wineries in the area and countless more restaurants to choose from, settling on just a few for you to visit during your stay can be fussy. 

Our full-service travel planning and concierge services remove the stress from the travel planning process. With our attention to detail, it is our objective to provide you with first class service and experience during your stay. Our team in Baja will take you through a thorough personalization process in order to curate and tailor your trip according to your desires and assist you with making all your reservations at the places that best suit the kind of experience you are looking to have. Let us take care of everything! 

  • Step 1:

    Submit your payment below for the number of days that you will like us to plan your itinerary

    Step 2:

    You will receive a confirmation e-mail to schedule your call with one of our travel specialists at the time of your preference.

    Tell us what kind of experience you are wanting to have. We will listen carefully to understand what it is that you’re looking for and also what you want to avoid so we can start designing your personalized travel itinerary.

    Step 3:

    Initial proposal

    We will present you with our itinerary proposal which will outline where you will go and what you will do. You may tweak this with no additional cost until your approval. We want you to be satisfied with and excited about your upcoming trip.

    Step 4:

    Fine tune

    At this point we will take care of booking transportation, activities, and wine and dine reservations.

    Step 4:

    Finalize payments

    Upon booking, we will finalize your itinerary and let you know if there are any outstanding payments needed to confirm reservations.

    Step 5:

    Get your travel documents

    Receive your tailor made travel itinerary including customized Google Maps and GPS Directions.

    Step 6:

    Enjoy your trip!

Transportation

Your concierge will make your journey easier by arranging safe and reliable private transportation from San Diego, Tijuana, Rosarito, Valle de Guadalupe or Ensenada.  

We can also arrange snacks & drinks services for  you to enjoy during your transit.

Culinary and Wine Experiences

We will handle all dining reservations on your behalf, as well as, arrange wine tastings with the winemakers if desired, tours, adventure excursions and even obtain festival or event entrance tickets for you. 

Spa & Wellness 

It’s time to pamper yourself. Take the time to unwin(e)d with a relaxing massage in the comfort of your own hotel room or if you would like we can arrange a day at the spa where you can treat yourself to private pool service, spa treatments, or a private yoga session overlooking the vineyards.

Private Villas & Accommodation

For an exclusive experience, your concierge can arrange accommodation in a private villa. For an additional price we will pre-stock your kitchen with your preferred groceries, set up a charcuterie and cheese feast for your welcome reception and can set up private chef service for a special meal. 

If you are more interested in staying in a hotel or Airbnb, we will provide you with the best recommendations suited to your budget and traveling style.

Payments and International Transactions

Handling international transactions can be a hassle. Your travel concierge will process the transactions needed for your reservations so you don’t have to worry.

Special Events Access

Entrances included for food and wine or cultural events if available during the dates of your travel. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Our Travel Planning / Concierge services are meant for those who are looking to follow a set schedule for their trip. We will handle all the reservations at the places we have chosen for you to experience based on your preferences and priorities.

  • The price for travel planning for 2-3 people is $150 USD per day of itinerary. For 4 or more people, the cost will be $50 USD per person, per day of itinerary.

  • After the call, we will send you your draft itinerary with the names of each place and corresponding links for you to check out and look over some pictures. At this point you are able to request the changes you require and we will update the itinerary accordingly. After you approve the itinerary, we will go ahead and begin making your reservations at the places we settled on and proceed with creating your final itinerary with highlights, recommendations and notes which we will send to you via email so you can download and have it handy during your travels.

  • No, consumption is paid separately at each place you visit. If there happens to be a restaurant, winery, or any other booking that needs payment in advance (this is usually the case with larger parties), we will disclose this information to you and handle the transaction.

  • After our conversation, we will send you a draft itinerary with the times, names and links for each place for your review and approval. You will be able to find more information and pictures through those links, as well. Once you give us your approval, we will proceed to making the reservations and creating your final itinerary with highlights, recommendations and notes. If you require any changes after your initial approval of the itinerary there will be a charge of $45 USD per change.
