Whether it’s your first time in northern Baja California or you’ve been here many times before, there is always so much more you can discover. Even with some help from social media posts or travel blogs we know that it can still be pretty overwhelming gathering substantial information to plan a multi-day trip.
With this in mind, we offer our Travel Consultation Call where we will dedicate a full hour to you via video call while sharing our screen to provide you with more visuals of the region and include insider information, tips when traveling to Mexico, hotel, restaurant, winery and experience recommendations, as well as, address all your questions that were left unanswered.

Document with notes of our call
During our call we will write down notes of all the information we are discussing for your trip and include the links for you to check out and make reservations through. We will share this document with you so you can have it handy and our ideal itinerary for your travel.
Border Crossing Information
We will share a PDF document containing important information on crossing the border from the US to Mexico and back from Mexico to the US, as well as information on driving around Mexico including Google Maps directions.
You travel consultation call includes one hour video call + Shared Google Docs with all the information discussed in the call

Our Travel Consultation Call is meant for travelers who are looking for detailed guidance around the region but want to travel at their own pace. During our hour-long call we will discuss everything you need to know to plan your trip including information for private transportation services, lodging, excursions and anything else you are interested in. We will create a shared document with you with everything that was mentioned during the consultation including booking links for the hotels, restaurants and wineries in order to facilitate the planning process for you. With the information gathered, you will then have a better idea of your trip and can proceed to making your reservations.
We will also share important documents with you that contain information about crossing to/from Mexico, traveling in and around Mexico, rules and regulations, etc., that may be tricky to find

Our Travel Consultation call is $100 USD per hour of consultation.
Within one hour we’ll be able to provide you with detailed information for one or two days of planning, if you require more day we recommend booking two hours)

For a 1 - 2 day trip we suggest booking an hour long consultation. If you are looking for a longer trip we would recommend at least 2 hours so we can provide you with more information you will require for a longer stay.

During the call we will write down all the information that we talked about including all the hotels, restaurants and wineries mentioned in the call along with their booking links and instagram links so you can take a look at them and share them with your group. We will share this document with you so you can have the information handy and are able to create your own itinerary on that same sheet.

If you feel like you would like us to help you further with your travel planning, you can add on our travel concierge services for an additional price and we will help you with making reservations at the places you have chosen to go to.

After your call receive the shared document with all the notes and information gathered during the consultation so you can start creating your itinerary.
