ARE THE PRICES PER PERSON? No, the prices are per vehicle.

CAN I BRING ALCOHOLIC DRINKS AND SNACKS? Alcoholic drinks are not allowed during transit, only snacks.

CAN WE REQUEST PICK UP IN SAN DIEGO? We are currently only offering transportation from the Tijuana Border only.

IS THERE A NUMBER OF WINERIES WE ARE ALLOWED TO GO TO DURING THE TIME OF OUR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES? You go at your own pace and leisure. However, we estimate, at least 1 hour and a half at each winery plus 30 minutes commute between each winery. Expect 2 hours per winery.

WHERE DO WE MEET OUR DRIVER? For border pick up your driver will be waiting for you right outside the San Ysidro border on the Mexican side, once you book your services we’ll send you a guide with all the instructions and google maps links including specific directions. If you are not departing from the border our driver will meet you at your preferred location on the Mexican side.

Change of plans Policies from January 2025 through December 2026

We require a 10-day change of plans notice before your reservation date. We will gladly offer a credit for a future date within the same year of purchase. If you do not show up for your reservation, or do not reschedule 10 days before, we will not be able to refund or reschedule your experience and your payment will be lost

Change of plans when booking promotions

If you make changes to your plans after booking your service with a promotion code, we won’t be able to process a refund. But, if you let us know at least 10 days before your service, we can give you a one-year credit starting from the day you made your original booking

Changes due to Unforeseen Events 

In the event that we are forced to alter or cancel your trip significantly, we will let you know as soon as possible. Under these circumstances, you can choose one of the following options:

Accommodate to a similar trip or receive a refund of the amount paid

If you accept a similar trip and if the cost is lower than the original price you paid, you will receive a refund for the difference in value; if the new trip is equivalent in price or higher you will not owe anything.

Traveler Advisory

 The State of California allows for California residents returning from Baja California to bring back up to one (1) Liter of Alcohol; as a bottle of wine is generally 750ml, please expect to bring back no more than one (1) bottle of wine.
